bullet Full dilapidation strip out of existing tenants services including: Shop front, ceilings, wall linings and flooring, internal partitions, mezzanine floors and stairs, kitchen fittings, sanitary ware, water pipe work, sprinkler system, BT/data, fire alarm and security alarm
   
   
bullet Full structural preparation works to include installations of new structural floor slab and dividing walls
   
   
bullet Design and relocation of shopping centre extract build wall
   
   
bullet Supply and install all landlord services from basement services area to break out unit and shop unit, to include, power, data, extract system, fresh air system, lighting, waste, security, drainage and associated works
   
   
bullet Supply and fit 90 minute steel fire door with exidor 4-way panic - release locking system
   
   
bullet Supply three phase 175 kva electricity supply as specified by UN Power Networks
